The United Methodist Church Day Care operates on a full-time, year round session that starts on the first day of August and ends on July 31.  As with other day care facilities, parents/guardians are required to pay a set weekly fee regardless of the number of days and/or hours spent at our facility.  However, unlike many day care centers, we do not charge a one-time enrollment fee.

Infants/Toddlers (Ages 6 weeks - 2 years old) $105.00 per week  
Pre-school Age Children (Ages 2 - 5 years old) $105.00 per week  
School Age Children (Ages 5 - 8 years old):     
After school care  (2:59 - 5:30 p.m.) $45.00 per week  
Children who attend the day care when school
is dismissed earlier than 2:59 p.m.
$13.00 per day  
When public school is not in session
and the child is at Day Care the entire day.
$25.00 for the day  

Part-Time Children
(less than 5 days per week)

Full-time status is defined as regular weekly attendance Monday through Friday.  When openings occur in the daycare, available slots are offered first to those seeking full-time service.
Family Payment Discount:
Families that have multiple children in the household enrolled full-time in the Guardian Angel Day Care shall be given a reduced rate.  The parents will be charged $21.00 a day or $105.00 a week for the youngest child and only $19.00 a day or $90.00 a week for the oldest child or each additional child.
Part-time status is defined as regular weekly attendance on specified days of the week.  This may be 2, 3, or 4 days per week; but they must be the same days each week (eg. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week).  The fee is $25 per day.  In terms of scheduling, a “Part-Time” child has prioity over a “Drop-In” since the “Part-Time” child has a set of weekly reserved days.
Drop-In Services:
The Guardian Angel Day Care does offer a drop-in service for children that are not currently enrolled and need care for temporary situations.  Drop-ins are available only if we are not at our full capacity.  All drop-ins are required to pay the daily rate of $25.00 per day per child for each day the child is attending our facility.  Payment for drop-in service is due at the time the child is dropped off at the Day Care.
Tuition Assistance:
As a state licensed day care facility we are able to accept children who receive financial assistance through the Division of Social Services.
Child Care Tax Credit Resources
